IES PLUS Leadership
Kevin Ethier is a distinguished executive and entrepreneur with over thirty years in the IT/IS and software engineering field. Throughout his career in the engineering industry, he held the position of COO and served as a Board Member for many technology organizations. He focused on writing technology sections of SB-2s for company’s IPOs. Kevin led and executed the migration of multiple disparate IS/IT organizations into one single and diverse environment, implemented disaster recovery strategies, and managed and directed IT/IS support, and sales personnel.
Kevin founded his first engineering and systems integration company, E.S.I.C., in 1991, in which he grew to 65 employees. Vision and focus drove a consistent and substantial increase in revenue and profit, which led to a successful exit.
After more than twenty years in engineering, he transitioned into the insurance industry, and in 2014, he founded IES, Innovative Enrollment Solutions. He continues transforming enrollment with unique solutions and platform development, keeping IES at the forefront of the industry.
Kevin is the Founder and Executive Director of Music for a Cause, a non-profit organization that provides musical events to raise awareness and financial support for the homeless and those suffering from addiction. Kevin lives in Rhode Island with his wife and three children.
